Well, I went to this year's Recumbent Cycle Convention in Nashville, TN and though only there for one day it was really good. Saw some old friends, made some new ones and above all got to see the latest and greatest things coming out of manufacturers etc.  Really cool. I am hoping to have some cool stuff for the rally next year so  stay tuned. On another note, I brought back a couple of new additions to the bike shop. A nice new blue Eco-Tad for those who have been waiting for me to get a new one in the...

Just want to wish everyone a happy Memorial Day weekend! Let's all take some time to remember the sacrifice that those who were drafted (like my dad in the Vietnam era) and all those who have volunteered their lives since. Lets also not forget the wives who are either left behind  and/or who move from place to place leaving their loved ones behind in order to be with and support their military husbands. Big  hugs, handshakes, salutes and a huge THANK YOU!

Whew! What a weekend. Such fun...and the weather was incredible! Wow...beautiful every day. Yeah, there were a few showers but they were either at night, early morning or while we were inside eating or listening to the speaker. Never while we were riding. So good to see everyone and to have such a good time. For those who missed it or  was unable to make it, it will happen again next year. I have the dates already picked out picked and am already planning. So stay tuned.

Well the festivities  have begun. I spent the morning putting together the goodie-bags, wow there were sooo many! It was fun though. Lots of people, lots of recumbents LOTS of smiles. Will rise and shine at 8:00 tomorrow morning for the first ride of the day. Supposed to get a few showers tonight but the morning forecast is supposed to be really nice. We'll see...stay turned....
